Shipping policy

Items are shipped as standard tracked 48 within the UK. 

All our items can take up to 1-2 weeks before shipping & up to 3-4 weeks in peak times e.g Christmas. If you need your items by a specific date, please email us or contact us via social media so we can let you know if this is possible.

Tracking information is provided for all orders so you are able to see where your item is.

If your item does not show up 10 working days after dispatch for UK orders, or 25 working days for international, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Any and all Tax and Duties owed on top of Ichiban Garage LTD shipping price is the customers sole responsibility to pay. If these to not get paid and the item is returned to Ichiban Garage LTD, we will only refund the item cost and not the shipping costs.
